recorded voice stated "IRS is filing lawsuit against you". repeats 914.356.8638 number until h/u

Calling me to tell me that they are filing against me for a hot check. Told them to mail me info cause I had no hot check. They refused to mail info. So I tried to give them my lawyers number. Wouldn't take it either. This is the second time they have called in 6 months.
