caller hung up prior to answering the call!

This is the third call and hang up from this number. Anyone know who this number belongs to?

Caller (with very bad foreign accent) stated my Windows computer is spewing bad information and will tell me how to get rid of the problem. Wanted me to sit down at the computer to follow instructions. I inquired who he represents, answer was "Live Tech On Call." Told him I have a MAC and is running fine,.........Good Bye!!!!!

Foreign Indian accent, said he was calling from Microsoft. My computer is sending out error messages, and he could tell me how to delete the problem files. Said I was busy, leave me your number and I will call you back when I have time.
