Comes in as "State Troop", a scam for soliciting donations to NY State Troopers, who are paid outrageously anyway. These people retain a large percentage of what they collect... and are rude and obnoxious. Hang up on them. DO NOT CONTRIBUTE.

caller ID showed 914-339-9793- state troop   hung up when answered. if shows up again on caller ID will not answer will let machine answer.
