Called but no message. Linked to Google Voice but no name given in forwarding/greeting.

914 area from New York.  No message, hang up.

Received call from this number.  The person who called did not identify their name or the company/organization from which they were calling.  Told me they had been monitoring my computer for a few weeks and that my computer was now infected with a virus and malware.  Tried to get me to go to a web site.  The caller hung up once I told him he was full of $**t and this was a scam.

Tried to tell me my computer was infected with a virus.  I asked her what kind of a computer do I have? She said it's on your Windows Computer. (I don't own a Windows Computer) I hung up.  I should have kept her on the line and waisted her time.

I was told they were calling me from Mircosoft and I a virus in my computer and they need to get into my computer to fix it.
