Beware this person is involved in internet phishing scams, goes by Matthew Delgado and Agyemang Kwaku, Pretends to be interested in an item you are selling online, sends fake paypal email verification.

"Agyemang Kwaku" > > If that is the name he goes by I now understand why he is trying to steal someone's identity. If it's OK with everyone maybe we could let him use 'John Doe' for a while. Meanwhile, investigate all emails you get & don't click on any links. Get a popup? Don't panic "ctrl - alt - delete", 2nd tab (processes) close the .exe file of the browser you were using.
