Just got a call, but when I answered all I heard was a woman laughing softly as if she didn't realize her line was open. I said Hello again, but they hung up.

Just recieved a call from this number -- I missed it and they did not leave a message. I called back and the voicemail said that all the representatives are busy and to leave a message and then another message that said "Sorry the users mailbox is full and not accepting any more messages". My guess is it's a phishing scam.

i answered the call when they called me and it was someone out of the USA calling to say they had documents. I said what kind of documents and they said legal documents. I told them they had the wrong person and hung up. It is a scam.
