Called, left no message on answering machine

Wow...these guys resort to anything...including lies.  Picked up the phone at work and he said that he is a PHD student at the Univ. of Nebraska and was doing a survey. Funny thing is it sounded just like every other "Are you the decision maker" call I've received.

Foreign caller asked many questions about how our business receives electronic payments. I became suspicious when he wasn't specific about who he is with or the purpose of the questions. I stopped the interview and told him I was finished. As I am typing he called back and said that I was not being fair. He only had a few more questions. I told him I suspected that his call was not legitimate and I would not speak to him.

Hi keep calling me and saying that he is going to kill his self if I don't answer what should I do
