this number rang 3 times and hung up. I got "this call cannot be completed as dialed" message when I tried to call back.

I have been called twice. Both times in the middle of the day telling me that I won a free ipad. All I have to do is go online and register on their website. When I tell them I am not in front of a computer they said I can do it on my I phone. When I tell them that I am busy they hang up on me.
