They keep calling and harassing me. They ask for the business owner but I have a personal cell phone. They won't tell me who they are or why they are calling.

They called my business phone. Stayed on the line but did not say anything when I said hello. Then they hung up. Then I called the number back and got a automatic voice recording saying that my number has been added to their do not call list. Then the phone went dead. Sounds like some kind of scam

I did a look-up through a site I use for data cleaning and this is what they provided. I didn't answer when they called, but I get a lot of calls from bill collectors so I try and figure out who they are http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/phonelocation.asp?number=9138040208

I have received many calls from this number. I answer, and about 10 seconds go by and I hang up. If I call the number back they say I have been added to their NO CALL list.

More than likely, by calling back everyone is being added to their SCAM THESE FOLKS list. They're just looking for live phone numbers to sell to or share with other scammers. It's not a good idea to call back any unknown number; nor is it a good idea to answer any unknown number these days, as that can also get your number verified as live and scammable.
