I've been getting these calls for about a year.  It is a SCAM.  I have not been served with a lawsuit.  My mother called yesterday because she had gotten the exact same message from the 605 number.  While I was talking to her, the same idiots called my cell phone.   Today, I got the exact same message that everyone else has been getting (even the same voice) from the 913 number.

Yesterday, I filed a complaint against them here:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/   Maybe if enough people complain, some law enforcement agency will take it seriously.   The complaint form requires a company name and I could never get that from the scammers.  I tried calling today but was left on hold so long that I just hung up.

Now, I'm trying to figure out how I can block these criminals from calling my cellphone.

Received a call from this number and a secondary number : 605-679-6906. Same recorded message. It is a scam.

i recieved a call from both the above number and a number of:   6056796906 saying there are warrants and summons out for me they have my full name. my wife had this from a different nunber about 6 months ago.

I received a call yesterday with the same message about fraud charges being filed against me. The number yesterday was 605-679-6906. I wish they would find someone else to harass.

Received calls like this before years ago. I believe they are companies that buy up old debts, even ones that have been paid off. I listened to messages from both and neither told us to call them back. Pretty sure it's a scam.
