Many hang-up calls from this number.

This company keeps calling my work number.  All I ever get on the message is to call Charlie at (800) 221-1314.  Unless a company identifies themselves and who they are calling, I will not return the call.  They need to quit blocking their number.

I get call after call on my cell phone and it is the same as above.  "This is Charlie Rowe, please call me at 800-221-1314 or locally at 913-677-9470, I look forward to your return call".  I also agree that if the caller ID says "Unavailable", I will not answer.  This is my cell phone for heavens sake! Is there a way to force them to stop calling my cell phone?

Am getting at least two dropped calls marked unknown a day for about 3 months by these same number, 913-677-9470, the guy today said, "Um, this is Matt Davis, for (my name) and you need to return my call.  Then his number and extension.  Very mumbled on his name and no mention of what it was for.  I have learned that collection agencies buy up old debts that are actually not legal to collect anymore, way past the "statute of limitations" for these old debts (they could be a mispayment of rent like, 10 years ago!) and there is no legal basis for their "collecting" them!  So do NOT answer these calls.  They will keep trying to harass you, hoping to find 1 in 100 suckers who may answer and say, "Oh yeah, I DID owe that money to Bob 10 years ago.  If you admit this, then they may try to sue you, even though, again, they DO NOT HAVE A CASE!  So just don't answer and do NOT talk to these people!  Good luck everyone!
