Caller ID: Out of area

Caller ID says SWEEPS.  At first I thought it might be a recording but it went to static instead.

caller id says SWEEPS. when i answered the phone i got a recording about how they had been trying to contact me about my cars extended warranty and this was my final call. im not really sure what they were trying to do however, at the end of the recording it gave you the option to press 2 to be taken off the list or press 1 to talk to someone. i just hung up so, i dont know what either of them do.

I've been getting non-stop calls from this number.  Today it came up SWEEPS, all last week and the week before it was from a Tim Culver, and last month it was SIM something.  The calls are driving me nuts because they keep coming and coming and coming at all odd hours of the day.
