Just called my cell. Didn't answer. Didn't leave a message. I don't think blocking a single number helps much. Most of these type companies probably use several bogus numbers to pester people. Also it's doesn't matter if it's a cell phone or if you are on the Do Not Call list. They don't care and don't follow the law. If they say they are doing a survey they can get around the law.
