would like to know why this number keeps calling and leaves no message or is busy when I try to call back

Keep getting calls from this number and it rings busy when I call back also. The only message left is someone saying "Hello? Hello?" It's obviously a computer-made call if the person has no idea they're on voicemail.

Just got a call from them on my cell phone. Couldn't answer because my phone froze. :/
But I have no idea who it is. Didn't leave a message.
