this is a scam its his straight extension number and it will be dealt with legally thru the court system and police

i recieved a letter from international concumers promotioal draw 2236 w.sahara ave,suite 300,las vegas,nv,89108 this is what the letter says- we are pleased to announce the release of our of our sweepstake held on april 4th,2011.Among the eligible partipants your entry was one of the three randomly selected finalists.As the grand prize winner you qualified to recieve the amount of five hundred thousand dollars($500,000.00 us) credited to entry claim p48-sc95. congratulations!     please contact customer care representative michael washington at the prize distribution well anyways it goes on and in the letter is a check for 4974.00 the check is to cover the insurance and administration fees hetold me to deposit my check in my bank account and call him emedatly i did not i have the check he asked me if i wanted it in one lump sum and if i wanted it in the media

i got the same exact letter ^^ with a check for $3,600.25.I plan on tossing the check, this is definitely not legitimate.
