IRS Scam robo call stating to call this number, IRS has a lawsuit pending, this is a final notice.  [***], IRS will send a letter first with followup letters prior to any law suits. This type of scam was reported in MSN months ago.  We need the authorities to crack down on these types of calls.  This is about the 20th call I have received and its annoying.

It was also the type of scam on cable TV if you have it. Someone needs to develop a program to expose the real number behind the spoof.

IRS Scam robo call stating to call this number, IRS has a lawsuit pending, this is a final notice. When call was returned I asked for location of calling office. He said it was none of my business. When I asked for his employee number he hung up.
