makes harrassing calls relating to energy conservation, including stating that we HAVE to let them into our home, implying that they are a government agency, like we are too stupid to know anything about constitutional rights.  Receive up to four call in one day.

I've told these jerks at least 10 times to stop calling.  They are NOT a gov. agency yet act as such.

They hung up when I answered.

Please please report these people to the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer
Affairs!  Here's the website:

For your reference, here's the list of phone numbers I've compiled, both from phone calls I've received myself as well as posts for those same numbers here at 800notes.com.  The more information we can distribute to others receiving these annoying and illegal calls, the better!

770-687-8141  US Energy Concepts, United Electric Organization
912-227-6812  breathing noises, US Energy Concepts
770-656-3089  Electric Power Association, American Electric Power
678-620-7567  Electric Power Association

from 800notes.com:
912-227-5383  Electric Power Association
800-437-3890  Electric Power Association

This electric power association has no wabsite or physical address according to jeff that called me from this number today.  This is obviously  a scam to get someone inside your home for other reasons.
