Received call from this # -- no record on the internet. No message. A research company -- ID as Independent research.. I have been getting calls from them about the presidential election..

Received call from this number...actually the number read 1-191-092-09815.  Didn't answer it.  They can't even get their caller ID phone number right

Mine too came across as 119109209815.....didn't answer it, left no message!!!

It is an independent research company, when I called them back that's what they said and that they wanted my opinion on something

Ughhhhhh. I thought these people finally stopped calling me. Here we go again! They've called me twice already today. If they are in fact the same people who keep harassing me to take political surveys, they'll probably call me again about 3 more times today, and in 2 days will call me 5 more times, and so on. [***].
