They Call My Home a couple of times per week. Speak some sort of foreign dialect then when I speak switch to English.

I just received another call from this number (910) 778-7117 NC, USA... I didn't answer it but have been reading that it's an IRS scam... I've blocked it from my phone... Thank you!
