received  two (2)  quick  calls  from  this   number  today  !  never  had a  call in  from  this  number  ever......

1st  call came  in   at  2:28pm ( EDT  ) ........voice mail picked  up....no  message.........barely  audible people   whispering in the background for a  few  seconds ,  then   disconnect ............(  my  guess  is a   " call center"  of  some  form  or  another  )

2nd  call  rang  in  at  2:31pm........as  soon  as  voice mail  picke  up ,   disconnect........

SUSPICIOUS , AT  BEST  !!!

called  back  ,  via  a  secure  wireless  phone  , and  all i  got  was  "   this   person is  not  able  to  accept  calls  at  this  time  "  !!!!
