Calls every so often and never leaves a message.

They keep calling and never a message. Annoying.

Calls once in a while - never a message, but the calls continue and are somewhat regular.

I answered, and a recorded message immediately started playing - "Your NetSpend account is locked, Please press 1 for an account representative". I did not do anything ant the call disconnected after a few seconds.
I have not used NetSpend in years, and why would they be calling from my area code? Looks suspicious to me, so unless I get a notice in the mail from them I will be ignoring calls from this number.
