A recorded message says, "This is Sarah with Consumer Services," and asks you to press 1 to be connected with a representative who can lower your credit card interest rates because you have over $3500 in credit card amounts, are making payments on time, and pay more than the amount due. I pressed 1 to get more information. The representative said they got my information from Experian, and I told her that I was on the Do Not Call list. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer - I don't know anyone from NC so had no reason to.  No message was left.
