Did not answer, don't know anyone in North Carolina, blocked

did not answer - they left message from a recorded voice - although my phone only picked up a portion of it, saying something about my account and they needed to reach me immediately - tried calling back - no answer.

Called twice now. Left a recorded message once and nothing on the second call. Pretty sure it's a scam. I get so many of these calls. Just about every number that I don't have in my address book is a scam. This might be the IRS scam. Blocked.
