Calling my cell...not leaving a message though.
I don't understand why people (other than telemarketers) bother to call and NOT leave a message.

I tried yellow pages reverse look up....nothing for businesses.
Then I used Intelius which looks up the number and will give you a Latitude and an Longitude, and I plugged that into google maps and got "City Hall (City Council. City Manager's Office, Communications/GTV8)"
I don't know if that's right...
