they called to say I had applied for a loan . I did not apply for a loan

It was about a loan. I asked the Indian guy if I had to pay any money up front before he asked any questions and he told me no. Then after the payment info and he got my info, he told me I had to go to CVS and purchase a card to pay $3.95 and put $200 on. I was told I had 45 minutes to do this in. When I did not do this, he kept calling me and calling me. He left 2 messages. The first one was nice and asking me to call him back. The second was tell me that I had been hanging up on him (which I hadn't just let it go to voicemail) and that I had been black listed from getting any loans anywhere because I ignored his calls and hung up in his face. I mean really? I also looked the number up on -google and white pages.com and couldnt find an address in Dunn, NC for the number or name of the loan company. When called and asked for his name, Paul White, he acted like he didnt know who that was. This is definitely a scam and I wouldn't send them any amount of money. The joke is on them if they think they can black list me for "hang up on him" since I did no such thing.

indian man called frm 910 292 9839 sys he was with justice dept they were going to block my social security# so I cannot get a job and their was a warrent for my arrest because of an old credit card bill I have with Target over 7 years ago wanted to purchase prepaid cards for $175 then $200 called me over 10 times to do it.

Please be warned that this is a SCAM number..BIG TIME... I have reported this already to the Federal Commissions..

caller continues to call all of the time.  I wonder if he is in prison?
