Man who sounds young but as if he is disguising his voice. "Kind of sounds like a voicebox". Hesitated to speak but did so after saying "HELLO" twice. Asked for my husband by "Mr _____  _____" which was correct. I asked him to repeat the party he was calling for, which he did. I proceeded to tell him that he was not here, then ask what the call was in reference to. He hesitated then hung up. It sounded as though children were talking in the background.
