Got a call on my cell phone from this number 910-249-6744.  It was Sara from the Auto Warranty Center.  She said my warranty was about to expire and asked if I would like to extend it.  I asked her what type of vehicle she showed that I drove and she said the "Warranty Extension Experts" have that information and she could connect me.  I said no thank you and hung up.   5 minutes later I got a call on my home phone from 1-469-270-6818, ID as Survey.  I answered thinking it would be a political survey, but it was Jason from the Vehicle Warranty Center, not Auto Warranty Center.  He had the same pitch and I asked the same question and he said the same thing, so I said no thanks again.  This scam is all over the internet.

Got a call on my cell phone from a lady that said her name was Sara Johnson working for Lower Mortgage Quotes (whoever they are).  She's trying to get me to give her permission for her for one of her "loan specialists" to contact me to see if I qualify for a lower home interest rate.  I told her that I already have a 3.5%, 15 yr with 10 yrs left and that I wasn't interested.  She tried very hard to get me to say "yes, that it was o.k. for someone to call me back", and after the fourth time of trying to be polite and telling her I wasn't interested and that I would only refinance with an established brick and mortar finanace center....she kept on...so I hung up....and now there's another blocked number

Has called my cell, which is on the Do Not Call Registry, numerous times.  Shows as a "local" number.  Have asked her to stop calling.
Sarah from Auto Warranty Center or some such place saying my warranty has expired and would I like to renew?  No thank you.
