My mom got a call from this number to sign up for health insurance. The guy wants her to get a prepaid credit card and call him back on a different number???

These people call all the time, when you block the number, they call from a different number. SAME voice and recording. Irritating.

they always call , I wonder if the FBI is aware of these practices , do they do anything to eliminate them ?
