Keeps calling over and over again, saying vulgar things. Whoever it is knows me and my friends...somehow...and this is not the first time i've gotten calls from this number...

I just got one of those calls too...saying the call did not go through when I called back!

I got a call from this number today 910-238-3091, and it kept calling back to back. Finally I picked up and due to the line of work I am in I always answer by saying "This is (my name), bow can I help you?", well then some guy with an accent (no point intended) said (my name) over and over, but there was lots of static on the line, and the line dropped. I have not called it back due to being afraid I will get charged or it is someone from over seas trying to do something stupid at my expense. The crazy part is that earlier today I did get a call froma  friend that is in Iraq, and his call came through just fine and he left a voicemail. Not sure if he used a calling card, and like others have mentioned IF there is some type of connection. ....... I am always in the Jacksonville, NC area as well.
