Two weeks ago Charles White took a deposit in amount of $500 for sod installation, tore up a part of our back yard and disappeared. He promised to be back the next day, saying he wanted the soil to dry a little bit (it was raining a day before), however after two weeks he still did not return and our backyard is a mess.
Before we payed him he used to return calls almost instantly, now however he does not return calls at all and does not reply to emails.
He also tore up our neighbor's front yard on the same day but did not put sod down.
