I think This is a collection person who is acting like they are representing an attorney & they are wanting a call back. Since i have no outstanding debts, I won't be calling back. They didn't specify what company they were collecting for, I don't know what pseudo debt it is or who it is supposedly owed to. They call often enough that I finally blocked them
