It was a call from the "Windows" scammers, trying to convince me there is a problem with my computer.  Whatever you do, don't let them convince you that there is a problem.  It is a scam and if you give them access to your computer, the caller will lock you out of your computer and demand a ransom, to supposedly "fix" it.

I just got a call from them also  i told them  to stop scamming and hung up !

said they were from windows technical  department told them not to call this number again and they wanted to know why and I said that I did not want any calls from them and he got quite rude. I hung up.  I knew it was a scam

Heavily accented man telling me he was from the Windows Technical Department.  I asked him if anyone actually believes his lies anymore and can't he come up with a better scam?  He hung up on me.  I've blocked any future calls from this number.
