Same scam.   Allan Clark asking for my husband.   Second time he called.  I told him he was a scam.   He got mad and hung up.   Awful that people are doing this.

Said it was kevin from Department of legal affairs.He said something about needing to have an attorney or we would have a legal lmess if we did not call back. Too hard to understand accent.

I was called by a man with a very thick accent from India threatening me with legal action if I did not call back or have my retained attorney call back.  He was very difficult to understand and has already called me 3 days in a row. I have family members who are attorneys and they said this was a scam. Do NOT give him money.
