Call back gets: "Network operations center. The party you have called has decided not to take calls from your number at this time. Please add the number to your do not call list." I say, let's do as they ask and add them to our DNC list, i.e., block em.

A scam call. I called back and it is an air and heating company.
After the guy said hello, I let him wait for 2 mins then hung up him.

I received several calling from this CHS Heating and Air Conditioning, It is in my block list they still call everyday.
