scammers changed to another spoofed number. also blocked.

Disconnected number that Mr. Joel Kennedy (probably not his real name) is using to solicit his free services (BS...nothing is free).  When I asked him why he was spoofing a disconnected number he decided calling me names and using 4 letter words was appropriate.  Glad to have gotten under his skin.  Looser...  BTW-- FTC sucks because being on the do not call list is meaningless.

Call from "Rialto, CA"........left no message and I will not answer......put on call block list.

They've called twice, now.  Only scammers don't leave names or call back numbers.  Legitimate businesses leave information.  They are now blocked.
