They are looking for business owners who wish to sell their business.

Message was left on my answering machine just like shelley message started before answering machine could get all of phone number.  Just got last 2 numbers of number to call and some pin number like Chuck.

Received a message on my answering machine regarding selling my business.  
After research learned this company is probably most interested in selling you a 'price analysis' report.  From what I understand this report is a few thousand dollars.  I suppose they hook a few people with this angle.  What their doing isn't probably really illegal although the tactic seems borderline bait and switch.  HDI is an accredited BBB member, but anyone who owns a business knows if you send the BBB 150 bucks a year, you can be "accredited" and then as long as nobody files a complaint that you don't resolve they leave you A+ rated and charge another 150 the next year.

PLEASE CONTACT THE COLORADO AG, if you have done any business with this company.  The individuals involved are currently under investigation for defrauding over 700 businesses over the last two years as Corporate Acquisitions Group, and Global Acquisitions, under the control of a known felon, Tyrone Tymkovich.
