I just received a call from this number by a woman last name DeMarco and said she was from PBA Athletic.
I told her if you are looking for a donation I have nothing to give and then I hung up.  I am also on the Do Not Call Registry and I keep getting lots of calls too.  I called the number back and the message was
F... You  Leave a Message.

caller id said out of area they left no message.  I do not know anyone from this area.

Receive calls from this number regularly.  No one is there and a return call goes directly to a full vmail box.  How can we stop unwanted calls?  I'm on the DNC list and yet still receive 8-10 calls each week that are unsolicited.  DNC doesn't work as there is no recourse for consumers.

Again, another caller who hangs up when you answer and they call many times a day.    I too am on the DNC but that is a joke, Local news said callers are not referencing it.   There is no repercussions for them not to so why should they follow it.
