This is a credit card scam call, offering to reduce your APR rate. I got this from Googling the number, I do not answer phone calls from unknown sources. No message was left on my answering machine (a sure sign that the call is a scam or telemarketing). If they call again I'll enter their number into my teleblocker. Please, do not give these people your credit card number! If you answer they will know that they have reached a viable residence.

This came through directly on my CELL PHONE number!  And here I thought I was safe from these annoying calls!!  They hung up before identifying themselves.
