Received call and no message left. Harassing and annoying. Going to file complaint. Comes up New Jersey on caller id.

Called "about the Visa and Mastercard accounts" and was disrespectful when asked for his company name. He was told not to call again. "You want me to call back later?"
NO, DO NOT CALL AGAIN!
"Ok we'll call again later" and hung up
