they called and when i answered, they hung up. i called back, the line rang once then went busy.

Called and as soon as I said hello told me "oh I think I have the wrong number" in an accent but clearly they weren't confused considering they called before and I didn't pick up if they didn't hang up so quick I'd like to have some words with them
