Called my cell phone. Left no message. When I tried to call back I got a busy signal.

Credit card scam. The message states that there are no problems with your account, but it's urgent that you return their call to confirm your eligibility to lower your interest rate. Known scam through a little Google searching.

When I asked him to confirm my information because I thing this was a scam; he hung up on me.
