Religious recorded looped announcement,  You can not stop it.  I tried calling it back and got the recording in progress.  He says the Lord has spoke to him.  Then rambles on and on.  The Lord may have spoke to him but he has not spoke to my foot yet.  I would go to New Jersey myself If I had a name and phone number.  The FBI is suppose to be the ones to stop these crazy people.  He is not American as you can tell in his voice.  The FBI should be putting a stop to this harassment.
