they calledmy work and when i called back i got a machine stating they are on the phone and to leave a message. call comes from new jersey and i live and have lived in denver for 8 years

A Casey Novac saying she was a pre-trial process server and will be serving my employee with a civil suit. I said if that were true you're giving personal information about a debt to her emplyer which is illegal. And she hung up. Nice.

Now they are using names from Law and Order...SVU!!!!!!

same thing with me. Casey Novac a pre-trial processor in New Jersey left a message on my phone saying that she was going to serve me papers on my job. I tried to return her call but it went straight to voicemail..  how do you catch these nuts and put a stop to this bull#$%^&!

I got a call from the too. stating i owed money to some company i have purchased from and theft misdemeanor. and its going against my name and my social. i call that number back again a month later and just goes to some ladies voicemail named maria something.They call their company Account financial solutions. and she was from the delinquent department. And the same lady i talked to which her name was chelsea banks and now she is using a last name like farmer. im like great.
