Same electric utility scam, now using the name "JCP&L"

Transcript:
"Hello, this is pertaining to your current electric bill with J. C. P. & L. Due to recent state government de-regulation you are now eligible to receive a discount on your electric bill. Press 3, to be taken off the energy savings program, or press 5 to be transferred to our representative to find out which discount you're eligible for. Press 5, to be transferred to one of our friendly Representatives."

It will repeat several times.

Caller ID showed "Bloomsbury NJ".  No message was left on my answering unit.

I am on the "Do Not Call" Registry and am reporting this as a violation.

Caller ID comes up Discount Center

Called twice today and left no message. I have blocked this number.

Didn't leave a message,  keeps showing up on my caller ID
