Received many calls from this number at all times of the day.  The caller ID on it says New Jersey. We the call is picked up, there is silence followed by a busy signal on the line.  Very annoying.

It's a promo where they give you a "free" Life Alert System. They call several numbers at once and respond to the first one that picks up and let the others disconnect. But don't worry, they'll keep calling until you're the first to pick up!
