They don't give up.   They will re-call over and over again.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Rec'd a call from this #. Computer voice said it was the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. If I didn't call this number they were going to come to my house and arrest me.

Ah, OK. Show up to my house ... see what happens.
