7/14/17 4:40 p.m. Woman's voice stated my last payment of $82.+ crossed in mail , was not on my statement and now my balance is 0. I never made a pymt of $82 at anytime. My acct was already at 0. I said nothing but Hello. Call cut off after saying my bal was 0.

This has now become a repetitive nuisance call. There is no indication which number they originally dialed into as switchboard is only receiving bounce back from an extension that is most likely no longer active or full. Leaving us with partial messages. Dialing back on the number on caller ID leads to disconnect and the amount of message we receive does not include a call back number.
Again we've called PSE&G and the customer service rep is not familiar with the personal message code.
