Don't know who or what it is.  Numerous calls to me today, Apr 16, 2016  Maybe the phony Computer people to solve your computers problems, that they put into your computer.??

I have been getting two or three calls per day from this number.  Has a cryptic caller name as well but different from the caller in the posting above.  I have answered these calls to hear only static.

A foreign voice gentleman called telling me he was Windos tech support and that they were notified of a hacking issue on the computer that was downloading. I told him I would call Windows support directly. That I had no proof of who he was. He co to yes to persist for several more minutes. Then gave up.

I received 5 more calls from this number but all different caller ID's yesterday and today. 2 calls I answered had only static on the other end.
