I received the same call asking to call back on a case (but 1st part of message was not captured in voicemail) in a computerized voice at 11:37am CST

They say they are the IRS they have a heavy indian language cant understand what they say but they threaten you big time scam.

Left multiple messages to call them back, yet didn't say what company they were from. Computerized voice.

They aren't with a company. They're free lance scammers from India looking to rob you blind by pretending to be the IRS. Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back. Block and ignore them.
