Got spam saying to refill some medicine

Got a text from this jerk for meds and when calling the number it comes back as disco. The number belong to AT&T Wireless out of Elizabeth NJ so I'm guessing the guy is texting/calling us using caller id spoof and is using a non working number for the caller id info.
